30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

  • The item has not been used, damaged, modified, or altered.

  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation are included.

  • The item is not designated as a non-returnable product.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, FaeryWoods will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos when applicable so we can assist you promptly.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong size, or no longer need it, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
